Off Trail Vermont Refund and Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Cara@offtrailvermont.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 117 Reading, Vermont 05062
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Off Trail Vermont Tins
We stand by the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on all Off Trail Vermont tins. If you experience any issues within that time, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if my product arrives defective?
If, by any chance, there's an issue with your order, or if the product is defective or damaged, we want to make it right! In such cases:

Change of Heart? No Worries – Here's What You Need to Know:
If, however, you've had a change of heart or have decided that a product isn't the right fit for you:
- You will have the opportunity to make a trade for equal or less value or ship the product back to us for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
- You're responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Consistency Note: Embracing Nature's Ways
Due to the nature of our product, extreme environmental temperatures may affect its consistency. Rest assured, this won't alter the quality of the product. If this happens, simply return the product to room temperature, and the magic will resume.
Packaging
We aim for eco conscious packaging and materials. We do not guarantee the quality of our packaging. If your packaging arrives defective but your product is intact, we will not issue a new order. If your package is defective and your product is defective please see the associated policy.
We also don't guarantee the quality of our seed paper. Seed paper is designed to be biodegradable and results may vary.
A Friendly Reminder: Please Don't Send Us Empty Tins
If you've decided to return a product, please ensure it's in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of anything that has been modified from its original condition and packaging.
