Commonly called Fiddleheads, Ostrich ferns or Matteuccia struthiopteris are best when furled tightly and cooked up in butter and a pinch of salt. Not all ferns are edible so do your research, but for now, you can confidently rock your fiddlehead bandana knowing we have put in the work for you.
